On this week’s edition of Listen Frontier we speak with Dr. Jeffrey Alderman about the creation of a Tulsa Regional Mental Health Plan.
Alderman is director of the University of Tulsa Institute for Health Care Delivery Services. The university, in partnership with private and public entities, created a steering committee to identify a firm to assess the area’s mental health care needs and come up with a 10-year plan to address them.
The Urban Institute, a Washington D.C.-based nonprofit, is expected to present its finding in January 2018. The study is being paid for by the Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation.
